1 Summarization
This machinery set is developed on the basis of the designing principle of Double-cone vacuum rotary dryer and integning the advantages of "3 in 1" and Double-cone Dryer. It is a multi-function machinery set with reaction, crystallization, condensing, filtering, cleaning, drying, crashing ect. The obvious advantages of this machine set are multi-function, small covering area, little investment, simple operation, high efficiency, low labor strengh, high safety, long service life, convenient installing. The machinery set is suitable for products with high valuable material, or poisonous, flammable, expoducts. It is even applicable for the material which must meet the GMP request.
2 Design principle
A) This container is the cylinder form in the center, the both ends are the cone form. One of the cone copings is designed for loading and unloading with the opening type. In addition, sampling in place and mixing-breaking device are also installed. At another cone coping is installed a filtering dish, in which is the metal sinter net with six layers made by 316L and imported from Japan. It has many advantages, such as, high accuracy of filter, high strength, convenient installation and cost etc.
B) In the central part of the container the vacuum absorbing cover is desigaed, which has four vacuum heads totally. The vacuum heads are made by the 316L metal sinter net with five layers, which is also imported from Japan. It has following advantages: Conveniently replace, easy to clean, anti-blowing and no fleck etc.
C) At the vacuum cone the devices for loading material in place, loadinglotion in place, pressing filtering in place, loading for protecting gas-nitrogen and no fleck etc.
D) This machine set can adopt the man-machine interface control and explotion proof control in the all working procedures of reaction, crystallization, condensing, filtering, cleaning, drying and crashing.
3 Work principle
A) Reaction and crystallization stage: The cone with mixer is downward. Mixing form can be chosen freely according to the character of material. The material is sent to the equipment from loading position on the side of face of the equipment. The continuous turning of the mixing plasm makes reaction and crystallization and condensing.
B) Filtering stage: Revolve the container for 180 degrees and make the cone with the percolation dish downward. Connect the bottom of this cone with a vacuum device and complete the separation of filter cake and female liquid.
C) Washing stage: After the filter procedure taking into the lotion, then start the mixing axis, revolve the container at the same time, crash the filter cake and purify it further by lotion, then wash the rest female liquid and dehydrate.
D) Drying stage: After the second filter stage, anti-blowing the container by nitrogen gas throuth the vacuum opening. Make the filter cake separate the filter net. Revolve the container, in this process start the mixing axis and make the filter cake crashed. Make the hot water circulate in the whole container, dry the material under the vacuum condition. Sampling in place process is also be done. The tornado separation machine can catch and gather the tiny powder, and the condenser can collect organic solvent.
4 Electrical control
A) In the operation locale is adopted the man-machine interface control and explosion proof control. At each work procedure one craft parameter is set, then it can be operated automatically under the normal work conditions.
B) All electrical equipments in the operation locale are designed with explosion proof class dBII.
