Description:
Nutsche Filter "two in one" equipment is simplified in the foundation of "Three in One" equipment, mainly in order to resolve the problems, such as, flammable, explosive, big labor strength, big wastage etc...

The Principle of Designment:
A. The whole vessel is designed according to pressure vessel standard.
B. Its work in an airproof environment.
C. At filter stage is mainly taken out by a body bottom vacuum. Man can bring pressure at the bottom of tube body, in order to increase the efficiency of filter, generally not over 0.1 Mpa.
D. After the filter cake is dried, because of it's high density, the S-type palm looses the filter cake though the anticlockwise rotation, ascended and descended rising of mix blend.
E. At washing stage the material in the vessel can be totally washed through clockwise rotation, up and down of the S-type blades.
F. The bottom plate and the vessel are designed removable.
G. Filter cloth, unweaved cloth and sintered net can be used as the mediun of filtration.
H. Material can be discharged through S-type blades automatically from the side discharge nozzle.
I. Clockwise and anticlockwise rotation of the agitator blend is controlled by electrical gear box.
