Description:

The Agitated Nutsche Filter "Three in One" equipment can act for the filter and drying equipment at the same time (such as: vacuum filter, pressure filter, Double-cone Drying machine and drying box...etc.). It is widely applied in the industries, such as pharmaceutic, chemical engineering, agrochemical and food etc.. Is the ideal equipment as a dryer and filter. Can carry out the continuous operation of the airless, even be adapted in produce of sterile and poisonous products.
Equipments: "Three in One" equipment of our company are China sourced combining with designing principle of the Italian Delta Company are Korean JHP Company, the structure is more reasonable and reliable, each unit go to standardize further more. It can match with the foreign equipments completely.

Filter stage: the separation of filter cake and mother liquid. The thickness of filter cake can be reached to 500mm.
Washing stage: further purificaton of filter cake, washing and dehydration of remain mother liquid. Mixing the lotion and the filter cake via up and down of agitator blender by layer to be slurry finally, thus the filter cake can get the full wash.
a. Corpus material: SUS304 or 316L
Material of sealing: Fluorin rubber, Silicon rubber
Bellow: SUS304 or 316L (imported from Japan)
Sealing type: double sealing at every seal point.
b. Agitator shaft: solid or hollow. The solid shaft is used in unheating status; Hollow shaft with rotary joint is used in heating status.
c. The blade type: two leafs or three leafs with the drawknife or without the drawknife. It can heat the material if needed. The leaf of the agitation has the forms, such as a tube form and triangle...etc..

Drying stage: the filter cake dehydration and drying. Filter cake will be dehydrates and desiccated. The inner wall, the bottom of filter plate and agitator will heat the filter cake at the same time, moreover, the vacuum inside of the equipment will accelerate the vaporize speed, the entered nitrogen will take away the damp and accelerate the speed of desiccation.
Bottom plate structure:
Main material: SUS304L or 316L
Material of filter plate: sintered plate or filter cloth (from 5um to 50um according to the requirements of clients)
Dead angle of filter cloth: 25mm single side
Flatness degree of support board: 1mm/m
a. The fixable bottom plate is welded on the vessel and has heating system for heating and drying.
b. The removable bottom plate: clipping the two pieces of flanges with clamps in order to seal completely. The bottom plate ith universal wheels can be removed by hydraulic system. The bottom plate has the heating system with two types: flowing heating and pipe heating. The filter plate is fixed with stud bolts from the bottom of bedrock. It makes filter plate neat. There is no stud bolt in the part of connecting with product.

a. clockwise and anticlockwise rotation of blender.
1. The agitator shaft is driven bygear box and motor, The rotating speed can be adjusted by inverter.
2. The rotation, up and down of the agitator are driven by Hydraulic system. Up and down of the bottom is driven by Hydraulic system also.
b. Gear box: German SEW Gear Box.
c. Rotation speed: be controlled in the range of 0-20 rpm/min by inverter, containing a safety device.

There are kinds of discharging valves: controlled by hand or hydraulic (or pneumatic).
Main characteristics:
A Economize energy: The electrical engineering power is small (big speed ratio of Gear Box: I=46.3)
B CIP and SIP; sterile by steam (122degree)
C Double-line 0-rings for seal betweem bottom plate and vessel, no dead angle, "GMP" designs are suitable to sterilize and clean, attaining a ideal seal effect.
D Reduce the labor strength, avoid the pollution of the product, meeting "GMP" request.
