Mini-Type Experimentation Set

We open out mini-type experimentation set based on Agitator Nutsche Filter "3 in 1" machinery to satisfy the requirements of some users.
The mini-type sets are made of decoloring vessel, crystallizing vessel, and Agitator Nutsche Filter "3 in 1", can be used separately or combinely for small scale and moderate scale experiments uses.

Bleacher:
Main material: SUS304, SUS316L, Hastelloy
Seal type: stuffing seal, mechanical seal
Agitator type: different types of blades; rotating speed can be adjusted by inverter.
Heating type: controlling the temperature of product in vessel via filling different temperature water or steam into jacket.
Working principle: carry out the bleacher process of the products through continuous rotating of the agitator.

Crystallizerl:
Main material: SUS304, SUS316L, Hastelloy
Seal type: stuffing seal, mechanical seal
Agitator type: different types of blades; rotating speed can be adjusted by inverter.
Heating type: controlling the temperature of product in vessel via filling different temperature water or steam into jacket.
Working principle: carry out the crystallizing of products through different temperature, different rotating speed and different type agitator.

Agitator Nutsche Filter "3 in 1" machinery
Main material: SUS304, SUS316L, Hastelloy
Seal type: stuffing seal, double mechanical seal
Agitator type: two blades, non-symmetry triangle "s" type
Heating type: heating the agitator, jacket, bottom plate through heating media
Working principle:
1. the biggest advantage: 45degree inclined of vessel during products discharged, thus the products can be discharged more cleanly.
2. for economical consideration, up and dowm of agitator, bottom plate can be operated manually.
3. for convenient consideration, up and dowm of agitator, bottom plate can be operated by hydraulic.
